Events Tab
The Events tab shows the history of things that happened on this CPE: drops, reconnects, state changes, TR-069 events (Bootstrap, Boot, etc.), and actions performed.
How to use it for diagnostics
The event timeline answers questions like:
- "Is the customer dropping a lot?" — check the frequency of drops/reconnects.
- "When did it stop?" — the last event indicates when the problem happened.
- "Was it power or fiber?" — a Dying Gasp event points to a power outage; LOS without Dying Gasp points to an optical problem.
