General Tab

The General tab gathers the CPE's registration and general data, including fields you can edit manually (like an identification name/nickname).

What you'll find​

  • Device identification (serial, MAC, model).
  • Link to the OLT and position (Frame/Slot/Port/OntID).
  • Editable fields (e.g., nickname/notes).
  • Link to customer/contract (via ERP).
tip

Use the pencil icon ✏️ next to the serial (on the side card) to add a nickname to the device — makes it easier to find the customer later.
