How Cpehub uses ERP data
After integrating Cpehub with your ERP, customer data starts appearing alongside each CPE. This page explains where this data comes from and how to keep it up to date.
What comes from the ERP
On the CPE detail screen, several blocks are fed by the ERP (marked as via ERP):
| Block | What it brings |
|---|---|
| Address | Customer's installation address. |
| Contacts | Customer's phone numbers/contacts. |
| ERP Data | Contract/registration information (plan, status, etc.). |
| Customer (in the CPE list) | Name of the linked customer. |
This data also feeds the Map tab (location) and helps with support (you identify the customer by name/address, not just by serial).
How is the link made?
The CPE is associated with an ERP contract/customer — usually at the time of activation. Once linked, Cpehub queries the ERP to fill in the blocks above.
"Sync" button
Each via ERP block has a Sync button that fetches the updated data on the spot. Use it when the record changed in the ERP and you want to reflect it in Cpehub immediately.
ERP cascade × pinned ERP
If you have more than one ERP, Cpehub queries them in cascade (by priority). You can pin an OLT to a specific ERP (the Pin to an ERP field in the OLT registration) — so that OLT's CPEs only query that ERP.
