Map Tab

The Map tab shows the CPE's geographic location on a map, when that information is available (usually coming from the ERP or the customer record).

What it's for​

  • Visually confirm where the customer is located.
  • Support planning technical visits.
  • Correlate problems by region (together with the global Map screen).

The location depends on the address/coordinates existing in the record. See How Cpehub uses ERP data.
