Devices Tab

The Devices tab lists the appliances connected to the customer's equipment (phones, TVs, computers) — the hosts on the local network.

What it's for​

  • See how many and which devices are connected.
  • Tell wired × WiFi connections apart.
  • Help with diagnostics ("the customer says the TV won't connect" — check whether the device shows up).

Depends on TR-069. On CPEs without an ACS, the tab may not show data.
