No Plan Report

Lists CPEs that have no associated plan in the ERP. Helps you find active devices that are missing the correct commercial link.

Why it matters​

An active CPE with no plan can mean: a customer without a correct contract, a device not linked, or a sync failure with the ERP. It's useful for reconciling the technical base with the commercial one.

How to fix it​

  1. Open Reports → No Plan.
  2. For each CPE, check in the ERP whether the customer/contract exists and is correct.
  3. Link the CPE to the contract and sync the ERP data.
