Duplicate MACs Report

Lists repeated MAC addresses in the base. A duplicate MAC can indicate a cloned device, an incorrect record, or old records that weren't removed.

How to fix it​

  1. Open Reports → Duplicate MACs.
  2. Identify the repeated MACs and which record is the legitimate one.
  3. Remove the incorrect records (Actions on the CPE).
