v1.4.18 Release Notes

At Cpehub, we are always looking for innovations and improvements to make life easier for our customers and internet providers. We are excited to begin rolling out the update to version v1.4.18 across environments.

Changes

Here are the changes and their descriptions:

[New] C-Data OLTs

We have a new driver available — Cpehub now supports C-Data OLTs.

Models: FD1616S-B1, FD1616S-B2, FD1608S-B1, FD1608S-B2, and FD1604S-B1

[New] Telnet communication

It's now possible to communicate with OLTs via Telnet.

[Improvement] Wan information for ZTE OLTs

The ZTE driver received an improvement — Cpehub now obtains the ONUs' Wan information.

[Improvement] OLT Events

The OLT view screen received a new tab for displaying detected events.

[Improvement] ZTE SSH Driver

An improvement was made to the SSH driver, resulting in better performance when communicating with ZTE OLTs.

[Improvement] Interface improvements

Small interface improvements and element realignment were made.

[Improvement] Email verification flow

An improvement was made to the new-user email verification flow. Previously, being logged in was required to verify the email; now, simply clicking the link received by email is enough, regardless of whether the user is logged in or not.

[Fix] PPPoE Username/Password in Script

When a CPE already had its Username/Password saved in the database, new information entered in the scripts form was being ignored.

Conclusion

Our purpose is to improve the system on an ongoing basis, listening to our provider customers and delivering more and more features and improvements.
