Reports and monitoring
Cpehub offers a consolidated view of your network: a Dashboard with real-time numbers and a set of reports to find issues in bulk and clean up your database.
Understanding the Dashboard
The Dashboard is Cpehub's home screen and gives you, at a glance, the overall state of your network. Every element is clickable and takes you to the corresponding detailed list.
Signal Level Report
Goal: find, in bulk, customers with poor optical signal — before they call to complain.
Duplicate SNs Report
Lists repeated serial numbers (SN) in your base. A duplicate serial usually indicates an incorrect record, a cloned device, or a record that wasn't cleaned up after a swap.
Duplicate MACs Report
Lists repeated MAC addresses in the base. A duplicate MAC can indicate a cloned device, an incorrect record, or old records that weren't removed.
Duplicate PPPoEs Report
Lists repeated PPPoE usernames. A duplicate PPPoE is critical: two devices with the same login compete for authentication and knock each other's connection down.
No Plan Report
Lists CPEs that have no associated plan in the ERP. Helps you find active devices that are missing the correct commercial link.
Alarms
The Alarms screen brings together your network's active alerts — problems detected on OLTs and CPEs, with severity level, likely cause, and a solution hint.
Events (global view)
The Events screen shows, in real time, the timeline of everything happening on the network — drops, reconnects, configuration errors, LOS, etc. — across all devices.
Map (global view)
The Map screen shows the geographic distribution of your network's CPEs, coloring each point by state (online/offline/signal), so you can spot problems by region.
