Communication (VPN)

1. Do I need a VPN to use Cpehub?​

Yes. Cpehub runs in the cloud and needs a VPN tunnel (WireGuard, IPSec/L2TP, or OpenVPN) to securely reach the OLTs and other equipment inside the provider's network. See Communication (VPN).

2. Which VPN protocols does Cpehub support?​

WireGuard, IPSec/L2TP, and OpenVPN. The choice depends on what your router or server on the ISP side can terminate. See the configuration instructions for each one in Communication (VPN).
