CTOs
CTOs (Optical Termination Boxes) are the network points where customer fibers are connected. Registering them in Cpehub helps organize your plant and locate issues by physical point.
What it's for
- Mapping where each customer is physically connected.
- Diagnostics by region: if several customers on the same CTO drop together, the problem is probably at that point (fiber/splitter), not each individual CPE.
- Neutral network: associate CTOs with partners.
Where to find it
Administration → CTOs. Register the CTO with its identification and location, and associate the corresponding CPEs/customers.
