Configure via Preset (firmware)
Goal: have the TR-069 configuration baked into the device's firmware, so it's already pointing to Cpehub's ACS out of the box.
Providers that preset their equipment can write the TR-069 parameters directly into the firmware. It works both on ONUs/ONTs and on WiFi routers — the only requirement is that the manufacturer offers a way to do the preset.
Example: Huawei routers
- The preset is done through the HiConfig app (models WS52xx, AX2, AX3, etc.).

In the preset, you write Cpehub's ACS URL (and credentials, when applicable) so the device connects as soon as it powers on.
Other manufacturers
Each manufacturer has its own preset tool. If your device isn't listed here, talk to Cpehub so we can evaluate the procedure.
